VPPU-R1 - pneumatic constant impact vibrator

Designed to reduce bridging of bulk materials in containers such as bunkers, silos, cement trucks, and mixing plants.

The vibrator consists of a housing, cover, piston, gasket, fitting, rubber rings, bolts, nuts and washers.

The vibrator is driven by compressed air, and its operation is continuous due to the piston's vibrations as it strikes the cylinder's ends. The frequency and strength of the vibration are controlled by varying the air pressure. Higher pressure increases the piston's speed, increasing the frequency and strength of the vibrations.
